Here you can order products safely through online order, or if you prefer you can telephone your order on 09 2224 522 during shop hours. You will be talking to one of our members in our simple, pet shop in Kuala Terengganu, and we will be happy to discuss products with you and make recommendations. Kindly, make your orders 3-4 days in advance.


Payment can be made by deposit money into our account. Please do tell us about the codes of your preferred pets when ordering.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE ORDERING PROCESS, PLEASE RING US AT THE SHOP. We can take your order by phone, and will only charge the RM0.50 carriage that the site charges.


Please feel free to ring or e-mail us with any questions you have about our pets.


We have a simple pet shop and all pets are limited. We will send your order right in front of your door usually within 2-3 days. If you ring us you will be talking to members in our shop, and so they can tell you what we have and still available, give information and advice on how to take care of your pets well.


All online orders will have an automatic RM1.00 post and packing charge added.
