Refunds are the discretion of the company management.
We always try to be fair, and will refund money back into your account for orders made in error. We cannot however pay the return postage, unless it has been our mistake, and the fault reported to us.
OUR RETURNS POLICY: No pets replacement or returned can be made or full refund for any reason. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will do our utmost to keep our good reputation.
DELIVERY COSTS : Any order made via this site will have a RM1.00 delivery charge added to it at the checkout.
DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES : There is no delivery made for other states or countries. (Kuala Terengganu area only)
